Ollie Lawrence has been called up to England’s 2023 Guinness Six Nations squad.
The Bath Rugby centre will join up at the Honda England Rugby Performance Centre at Pennyhill Park, Bagshot for the remainder of his country’s five-day camp.
Lawrence made his England debut on the same day as Tom Dunn, another brought into camp by Head Coach Steve Borthwick, and then featured in four 2021 Six Nations games.
His last England appearance came in the summer of 2021 against USA, a match in which he scored his first international try.
For Bath, Lawrence has really caught the eye since moving to The Rec from Worcester Warriors with a number of dazzling displays.
His running with ball in hand and his ability to create exciting moments out of seemingly nothing has helped endear himself to the Blue, Black and White faithful.
England’s first fixture is the historic Calcutta Cup tie against Scotland at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 4 February (kick-off 16:45).
